membrane plant design, operation and maintenance.
Each day's session is concluded with a period of open discussion, sharing of experiences/field problems among attendees.
Course CD-ROM back to top
Each trainee receives a comprehensive course CD-ROM with over 300 presentation slides, summary of practical plant O&M guidelines, technical papers, useful references and on-line resources. It is designed with web-style hot links, colorful graphics and illustrations for on-the-job continuing education and reference by plant operators, engineers, supervisors, consultants, vendors and others.
We are the ONLY trainer in the water treatment and desalination industry giving out a full course training presentation CD-ROM to attendees. Trainees also receive a Workbook with copies of all presentation slides for review, questions and follow-up during presentations.. Each attending trainee also receives a Certificate of Completion (you must attend the full two-day course to earn your certificate).

The MASAR course is conducted by Eng.
Mohamad Amin Saad, President and Chief Consultant of MASAR Technologies, Inc., with head offices in the United States.

MASAR Course Instructor: Eng. Mohamad Amin Saad
Eng. Saad has extensive field, technical and business experiences in the water desalination and membrane
technology industry for 25 years, especially in designing, monitoring, optimizing and trouble-shooting tens of key
brackish and seawater RO plants around the globe, especially in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Malta,
the United States and many others with capacities ranging between 1-60 MGD.
Some of the trainees attending the second annual Jeddah Water & Power Forum course
He also have been involved in conducting on-site and classroom technical training seminars and courses to membrane plant and industry trainees since 1984, including technology workshops conducted at the conclusion of the IDA World Congress in Bahrain (2002), the Bahamas (2003), Singapore (2005), as well as short courses conducted in association with EDS EuroMed and Desalination & the Environment conference series in Malta (2003) and Morocco (2004), as well as many other training events held worldwide. Throughout his field work in the GCC, he conducted numerous on-site training seminars and workshops for the Saudi Saline Water Conversion Corp. (SWCC), Saudi Aramco, Ministries of Water & Electricity in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait & UAE. Besides recently conducting a successful 2-day intensive training course at the 2006 Jeddah Water & Power Forum, he also conducted a 2-day intensive training workshops with the Water and Wastewater Conference organized by the International Institute for Research Middle East in Dubai (2006) and for the Dubai Water & Electricity Authority (2006). Other events recently held in Ocotber/ November 2007 include an advanced one-day workshop at the IDA World Congress on Desalination & Water Re-use in Masapalomas, Gran Canaria, Spain, the second annual 2-day course wit the 2007 Saudi Water & Power Forum in Jeddah, a 3-day course with the Middle East Desalination Research Center (MEDRC) in Muscat, Oman, and 5-day course for the Water & Electricity Company of Jubail & Yanbu (MARAFIQ) in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia.
