MASAR^®Plus^TM, the double-pass version software version of the innovative Membrane Alarm System and Automated Reporter is now available for licensing to double-pass RO and NF plants.

MASAR^®Plus^TM is capable of monitoring the performance and fouling development of any two membrane system combination (i.e., NF/RO or SWRO/BWRO, etc.) at the same time. For example, the first pass can be a brackish or seawater RO or NF system from which the product (or a portion of it) goes for further purification by a brackish RO system as a second pass. The brine or reject stream from the second pass (or a portion of it) can be recycled into the first-pass feed to maximize the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the plant.

MASAR^®Plus^TM is specially designed to meet the needs of water desalination or treatment plants requiring high purity final product (such as the electronics, pharmaceutical or other industrial applications), or those plants with high-salinity, unusually dirty or bad-quality feed water sources (such as large surface-intake seawater desalination plants requiring high-quality, high-flux output). Design and operating parameters can be totally different for each pass or may be linked in terms of data input requirements, with any number of trains, feed water source, product water application, membrane types, manufacture, configuration and/or staging arrangement.

A single-plant MASAR^®Plus^TM one-time software single-user license costs US$9,750, less than the price of a few membrane cartridges, and the software license does not require replacement or maintenance expenses or periodic fees! Customized versions of this license (data input/output, screen displays, reports and/or graphs) can also be entertained, and the extra cost will be quoted on a case-by-case basis.    Pricing
